Therapy Locations

I work online. That means you can meet me from wherever you live — the UK, France, or further afield. What matters most is that you’re somewhere safe and private, with a decent connection, so our time together feels steady, focused and confidential.

Working across the UK and France

Whether you're in Aberdeen or the Alps, I strive to provide a professional, ethical, supportive and understanding relationship that can make space for what matters for you.

I see clients throughout the UK, France and Europe.

Why online therapy?

Online therapy isn’t a second–best substitute; for many people it’s the most realistic, accessible way to get support that actually fits life.

  • Accessible & flexible — no travel, easier scheduling, works around caring responsibilities and mobility needs.
  • Consistent — you can keep the same therapist even if you move city or country.
  • Comfort — many people find it easier to open up from a familiar space.
  • GSRD-affirming — inclusive care for LGBTQIA+ and relationship-diverse clients wherever you are.

How our sessions work

  • We meet by secure, encrypted video. If video isn’t possible, we can discuss sessions by phone.
  • Sessions are 50 minutes. We agree a regular day/time and review together as we go.
  • As an accredited member of the BACP, I work ethically and within my competence.

Confidentiality & safety
I take privacy seriously. Please choose a room where you won’t be overheard, wear headphones if you can, and let others know not to interrupt. We’ll also agree what to do if the connection drops and who you might contact locally in an emergency. If you’re in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services before anything else.

Setting yourself up for success (quick checklist)

  • A private space with the door closed and notifications silenced
  • Headphones and a stable internet connection
  • Water, tissues, and 10–15 minutes to yourself after the session before your next task
  • A simple back-up plan (e.g. switch to phone if the video fails)

What we can do online

  • Psychodynamic and person-centred work to explore patterns, feelings and needs
  • GSRD-affirmative therapy for sexuality, gender and relationship diversity
  • EMDR delivered online with careful preparation and pacing
  • Trauma-informed methods
  • Grief and bereavement
  • Mindfulness and compassion-based practices
  • Creative elements (metaphor, imagery, gentle experiment) when helpful

If a specialist or in-person service would suit you better, I’ll discuss options and referrals.
